- 200 g grated carrots
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- Hazelnut

- 3 tablespoons coffee cinnamon
- 1 packet yeast

Preparation
1. Mix in a bowl the eggs, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, nuts and raisins.
2. Mix well and add the carrot.
3. The look is weird, do not worry about the little dough over carrots.
4. bake in a loaf pan or cake at gas mark 6 (180C) for 25-30 min.
